Across their multiple locations, TBC integrates offices, apartments, gyms, and restaurants within a single building, creating a holistic ecosystem tailored to the needs of their community.

In 2023, we completed the development of the Grenoble Center despite facing challenges such as an unstable supply chain and rising costs.
Z&V, based in Asia, demonstrated a clear understanding of our situation and requirements, adapting their approach to align with our constraints. They supplied a wide range of products, including chairs, tables, and TV sets, to furnish offices, apartments, and the restaurant. With the capability to handle small, ultra-customized production runs, they efficiently managed the entire process—from sampling and manufacturing to final delivery in Isère.
